More About Movement ...

Dry skin brushing is another simple yet powerful form of movement, remembering the intricate link between this and our wellbeing.

Dry brushing our skin stimulates the circulatory system, nervous system and lymphatic system - all while exfoliating the top layer of skin, creating healthier, more plump skin.

While brushing, we speed up the rate at which blood and lymph fluid moves throughout our body - along with any nutrients or waste that this blood and lymph may be carrying. The nutrients move to where they are needed in the body, and the waste is efficiently excreted through the pores as you begin to sweat.

We encourage preparing the skin before an infrared sauna session, which can be a great way to enhance the sauna experience and receive significantly more benefits.

Dry brushing can also be incorporated into our daily routine - consider brushing first thing in the morning to remove the dead layer of skin, energise and kick-start the flow of lymph fluid.

The skin is our largest organ, so to care for it, we encourage implementing this small addition to your daily rituals. We trust that you will notice considerable improvement in not just the appearance of your skin, but whole-body energy and vitality too.

Remember ~ with momentum comes momentum.
