By booking a detoxification program at Adelaide Wellness Detox Retreat, you accept the following terms and conditions.

Payment

You are able to book and pay for any program securely online. All pricing is in Australian dollars. A minimum deposit of $1500 per person is payable at the time of booking to secure your accommodation at Adelaide Wellness Detox Retreat,

An invoice for the balance of payment and link to pay securely online or by bank transfer will be emailed 30 days before your program start date. The balance of payment is due at least 14 days before arrival. Failure to pay on time may result in the cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit.

Cancellations & Refunds

No penalty applies if cancelling or amending a booking more than 30 days before your program start date. If transferring to another program, new dates must be chosen at the time of the transfer request and be within six (6) months from the start date of the original program booked. Only one (1) transfer of program per person is allowed.

If cancelling or amending 15-30 days before your program start date:
*AU$300 cancellation fee per person
*AU$100 amendment fee per person if you wish to transfer to another program within a six (6) month period. New dates must be chosen at the time of the transfer request. Only one (1) transfer of program per person is allowed. The amendment fee must be paid within seven (7) days of receiving confirmation of new program dates and invoice from Adelaide Wellness Detox Retreat. If the amendment fee is not paid by the specified date, the booking will be automatically cancelled and refunded less the cancellation fee.

If cancelling or amending 5-14 days of your program start date:
*AU$1500 cancellation fee per person (loss of deposit)
*AU$500 amendment fee per person if you wish to transfer to another program within a six (6) month period. New dates must be chosen at the time of the transfer request. Only one (1) transfer of program per person is allowed. The amendment fee must be paid within seven (7) days of receiving confirmation of new program dates and invoice from Adelaide Wellness Detox Retreat. If the amendment fee is not paid by the specified date, the booking will be automatically cancelled and refunded less the cancellation fee.

If cancelling or amending within 4 days of your program start date or after the program has commenced:
*No refund will be issued if your booking is cancelled or amended within this period.

If cancelling a program after transferring to new dates, only the program amount less any cancellation fees will be refunded. The amendment fee will not be refunded in this instance. 

Other Terms

Adelaide Wellness Detox Retreat reserves the right to refuse any persons with specific health conditions such as illicit drug use, anorexia nervosa, contagious viruses or a BMI over 35.

Our detoxification programs are only suitable for adults aged 18-59 years in accordance with our insurer. There can be no exceptions to this rule. Adelaide Wellness Detox Retreat reserves the right to request proof of age documentation prior to arrival and will automatically cancel any booking that does not comply with our age limit.
