Q: How many times a week should I use the infrared sauna? +-A:
There is no one answer for the amount of sessions per week, but infrared saunas are safe to use every day. In fact, you will see wellness improvements sooner if you use it daily. On average, most people partake in 30-45 minute sessions, 3-4 times a week.

Q: What do I do after the sauna? +-A:
Take your time and let your body cool down. Once cooled down, feel free to take a shower or bath. Make sure you drink plenty of water.
-
Q: What do I do while in the sauna? +-A:
Relax, read, meditate, listen to music - just don’t go to sleep.
-
Q: How long do I stay in the sauna? +-A:
Our sessions are set for 40 minutes. For first-time users, our staff will check to see you are feeling settled within the first 10 to 15 minutes. We can always adjust the time to suit your personal needs, and will be sure to not have you stay in there too long and risk becoming dehydrated.
-
Q: What temperature do you suggest? +-A:
The average temperature for an infrared sauna ranges from 37˚C to 65˚C, with beginners we may recommend starting out at the lower end and more experienced users at the higher end. If this is your first time, we will discuss starting you with a temperature of 40˚C. You may want to stay at this temperature for a few sessions. You can always increase the temperature each session until you reach a comfortable temperature for your body.
