Our infrared sauna programs are designed to gently support your health and well-being, whether you're managing an ongoing condition or simply looking to maintain balance. 

We take and individual approach and tailor our recommendations to you. Please contact our clinic directly to discuss the most suitable plan for your care.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

To ensure smooth running of our clinic, session times are strictly adhered to. We require a minimum of 48-hours notice in order to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment. This is in consideration of our other patients and our therapists.

Last minute cancellations, those made within 48-hours of your appointment time or no-show, will incur a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.
