Hydration and Menstruation ...

Yet another reason to drink enough water - for healthy, pain-free periods.

Excessive candida overgrowth can disrupt hormonal levels, resulting in PMS symptoms, painful or irregular periods. These hormonal imbalances resulting from the fungal overgrowth can also increase the risk of developing a UTI or thrush.

Hydrating adequately flushes the build-up of candida from the body, this fungal build up is excreted mostly from the colon, but also through any membrane where a baseline level of candida resides, (including the mouth, oesophagus and urogenital regions).

Water assists in the cleansing of the blood, via the kidneys - urine being the absolute waste from the blood! Hydrated blood flows more effectively throughout the body, delivering nutrients were necessary and removing and excreting unwanted toxins. The excretion of toxins leaves us with healthy blood that can appropriately interact with hormones throughout the body.

Water can so wonderfully support our body throughout the month ~ allow this.
