As the sun shines warmer and longer over these next few months, the fruits and vegetables that are available to us change too.

Eating with the seasons often means you will be eating with a focus on sustainability, supporting local farms - with the added benefit of fresher, tastier produce!

Summer seasonal eating means selecting more of the following:

Fruit: apricots, nectarines, peaches, plums, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, melons, figs and avocados.

Vegetables: bok-choy, green beans, beetroot, carrots, corn, lettuce, garlic, olives, spring onions, parsnip and rocket.
