Breathe - Slow, Deep, Wide …

When working with our respiratory patients, we recommend taking slow, deep, wide breaths in our salt therapy cabins. This allows the micron size salt particles to reach the deep recesses of the lungs, enabling them to receive the maximum benefits from their experience.

We also take the time to gently remind the importance of deeply breathing throughout our day.

Through the busyness of life, many of us forget to breathe or we take shallow breaths without filling our lungs with as much oxygen as they are capable of holding.

Remember - a well oxygenated body is much better equipped to resist any virus, bacteria or pathogen we may face.
