Trusting Our Body ...

Trust is a valued thing - it needs to be earned. Relationships with trust are worth having. This includes personal relationships with those we share our time with and the relationship we have with our bodies. We have all experienced that feeling where our body tells us something is wrong or just not right or maybe it has given us a hint of unfailing happiness, joy, or earth-shattering love. At times we may have judged our body, forced away any pain our body tried to show us, and even shunned love and beat our body up with negativity, judgement, and ridicule. When we are able to stop giving our power away to our mind, we can move back into our body and start to FEEL its wisdom. With this comes healing in a way that may prevent chronic illness, discomfort, hate, self-loathing, and perfectionism. Go inside, listen - it will never lie to us. Our mind will play tricks, but the way we feel in our hearts and our guts will speak truth.
