Autumn Joy ...

As we come into Autumn, we encourage you to try some new foods that may be characteristically sweet, earthy, grounding, or all of the above!

Seasonal eating in Autumn means selecting more of the following:

Fruit: apples, pears, persimmons, figs, feijoas, grapes, limes, mandarins, pomegranates, quinces and strawberries.

Vegetables: brussels sprouts, cabbage, capsicum, celeriac, celery, chicory, eggplant, kale, zucchini, spinach, swede and turnip.

Remember, eating with the seasons often means you will be eating with a focus on sustainability, supporting local farms - with the added benefit of fresher, tastier produce!
