The Only Organ Where Size Matters - Our Brain!

The brain is involved in how we think, how we feel, how we act and how we get along with other people. It is our organ of intelligence, creativity and helps us make decisions.

Wholesale across the world, we might see our doctor and say we are depressed, anxious, can't sleep, have temper problems, are obsessive and within a twenty-minute consult, we leave with prescriptions for anxiety, depression and sleep disorders, etc. This seems insane if no-one has taken the time to look at the bigger picture. If we were able to get an image of our brain, we would be able to see is it worked too hard, is it not worked hard enough, is it toxic from drug or alcohol abuse or mould exposure in the home, is it suffering trauma because of our playing a contact sport, is it emotionally affected from childhood or stress or the pressure we place on ourselves? Or might it be that we have an imbalance in our gut?

As a practitioner, we need to look and listen to what we do before we do it.

For instance, first, do no harm with some types of prescription medications. There are natural ways to heal the brain but as a starting point, we must get our gut right, our heart right, our liver right and our kidneys right in order for our brain to be right. When our brain works right, we work right. If we want a better life, we need to start wanting a better brain.

Let us help debunk quick fixes that provide only temporary relief and go over some specific habits we can all implement in our daily lives to improve our mood and actually make it last.
