Consistency ...

Our bodies respond to consistency, and this is the only place I’ve ever seen results come from.

For so many years I’ve watched people and patients bounce up and down with weight, hormones, chronic health issues, addiction, mental and emotional health. I often refer to this as ‘yo-yo’ living.

The only way to build a permanent ritual is with consistency and with learning to place our SELF first.

If we take yoga ‘practice’ - each time we get on the mat it is about the ‘practice’, not perfection. We may not get the posture or the shape right every time but with practice, we will progress. We are stronger than what we think.

What we do every day matters more than what we do every once in awhile.
