What happens when someone is unknowingly exposed to nutritional deficiencies, hormonal changes, toxins, digestive issues, side effects from medications, inflammation. Research indicates it often leads to someone feeling unmotivated, fatigued, anxious and depressed as sometimes these above triggers can mimic psychological disorders.
In this case we may be misdiagnosed as having poor thinking or poor attitude and we are thrown into the world of self-help, medication, or self-medicating.
The truth is, no matter how much we try and think or medicate our way out of it we will always land right back to where we started. They may help us feel better momentarily but the question is will we get well?
Our Body (physicality/biochemically) and Mind (thought patterns/processes) need to work together to be present in life. One cannot function without the other. Be well and allow yourself to feel.
