Being aware of what our bodies tell us is very important for our overall healing, and another step toward emotional capability.

Listening to what our body feels can help lead us on our path in healing emotional or physical wounds.

An example in awareness might be, one day we are feeling foggy and lethargic. When we are made aware of these feelings and we take in these thoughts, we take action with our choices and decisions.

Each day may hurt us with a different spectrum - it is important that whatever arises we hold it within a spacious compassionate awareness.
